Refund & Returns Policy

1. Damaged or Lost Items Only
We issue refunds or replacements only for items that are damaged during shipping or lost in transit. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there’s an issue. We cannot process claims for items lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

2. How to Claim a Refund or Replacement
Email us at mozamelarian49@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged item

Once your claim is approved, we will coordinate with our supplier to resend your item or issue a refund.

3. Timeframe
Refunds or replacements are processed within 7–14 business days after your claim is approved. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

4. No Returns for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for items you no longer want or ordered by mistake.
